Thanksgiving Foods – What’s Safe for Our Dogs?

It’s almost Thanksgiving – a day for being grateful, thankful, and celebrating with good food, family & friends. And while pets are part of the family, this Thanksgiving make sure you don’t share your dinner or leftovers with your four-legged friend, because a lot of those yummi foods could harm them.

Some Thanksgiving favorites you need to keep away from your dog, but you can still give him thanks with a delicious, safe treat this holiday. Here are a few dog-safe treats, that your pet will enjoy for sure!

– skinned and boneless cooked turkey meat
– plain carrots
– plain mashed pumpkin or sweet potato
– steamed plain green beans
